The problem

Damaged parcels were only discovered by customers, long after anyone could find out where it happened.

What we built

Computer vision on the cameras already installed at the loading docks, running on edge devices and flagging damage before a parcel leaves the warehouse.

The result

The pilot covers four warehouses and catches nine out of ten damaged parcels at the dock. Roll-out to all sites is planned for next year.
