The problem

Patients waited hours for a first answer because every question went through the same queue, from opening times to medication side effects.

What we built

A retrieval assistant grounded in the clinics’ own guidelines, with a nurse approving every answer before it is sent. It lives inside the ticketing tool the staff already used.

The result

First response time fell from four hours to eleven minutes, with no change in clinical escalation rates.
